1. Force close FM WhatsApp

FM WhatsApp may not work if you experience problems with some apps running in the background. So you may want to force close FM WhatsApp for PC, and restart it.

The Task Manager can be opened by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc on the keyboard. On the Processes tab, right-click FM WhatsApp and select End Task. Reopen FM WhatsApp on your PC and try using it again.

2. Check the internet connection

A slow or incomplete internet connection can also affect FM WhatsApp on your desktop. Try loading some web pages or run a quick speed test on your PC to test your internet connection.
